By accessing Loop Breaker (the "App" and related website), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Loop Breaker.

2. Disclaimer

Except as represented in this agreement, all work product by the Owner is provided “as is”. The Owner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, the Owner does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in its application(s) or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this application.

3. Limitations

In no event shall the Owner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Owner’s application(s), even if the Owner has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in Loop Breaker could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Owner does not warrant that any of the materials in its products are accurate, complete, or current. The Owner may make changes to its products at any time without notice. The Owner does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

5. Links

The Owner has not reviewed all the sites linked to via its mobile application(s) and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Owner of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

6. 3rd Party Content

Loop Breaker may display content from 3rd party sources (including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video). The Owner is in no way responsible for the suitability, age-appropriateness, or otherwise of any such content. Use of any such content is entirely at the user's own risk.

7. Refund Policy

Please review the specific details presented at the time of purchase.

For our monthly and annual subscription plans, we may offer a free trial period, allowing users to experience the full range of features without any commitment. The length of any such trial period can be viewed on the purchase screen within the app.

For users who opt for a lifetime purchase option (if available), we provide a limited-time refund policy. The specific duration within which refunds can be requested for lifetime purchases is clearly indicated on the purchase screen within the app. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with these terms to fully understand the flexibility and options available in our refund policy.

> Note: If you subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are generally subject to the policies and procedures of those respective platforms.

8. Use License

Permission is granted to use Loop Breaker and its related products. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer Loop Breaker;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server or in another application.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

9. Policy Modifications

The Owner may revise these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or its Privacy Policy at any time without notice. By using Loop Breaker, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Austria without regard to its conflict of law principles.
   
2. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or to the use of the "Loop Breaker" services (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration or in courts located in Graz, Austria
   
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you and "Loop Breaker" agree that nothing in this "Governing Law and Jurisdiction" section will waive, preclude, or otherwise limit either of our rights, at any time, to (1) bring an individual action in a small claims court or (2) bring an individual action seeking only temporary or preliminary individualized injunctive relief in a court of law, pending a final ruling from the arbitrator.
